PARTICPANTS are responsible for making and paying for their own lodging reservations. A block of Ho-Chunk Hotel rooms is being held at the conference rate until September 30, 2006 when rooms will be released for sale to the general public.

In-house dining facilities include the Copper Oak Steakhouse (open daily 5:00-10:00 p.m.), serving steaks, gourmet salads, soups, desserts and more, plus Stand Rock Buffet,The Sunrise Cliffs Café and Wo-Zha-Wa Sports Bar & Grille. Room service is available 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
The tribal-owned House of Wellness Center operates both as a private fitness center and a medical facility. The fitness portion of the Center is open daily and is free to hotel guests. Features include a pool, exercise equipment and indoor track. It is located one block northeast of Ho-Chunk Casino Hotel in a secluded village. Free shuttle service to and from the Center. Childcare facilities for attendees provided by Kids Quest; inquire through hotel for rates.

From I-90 West, take Exit 92 toward Baraboo. Turn left on US-12 East and find the Ho-Chunk Casino about 3 miles down the road.

CAMPING INFORMATION:
Mirror Lake State Park is located about 4 miles from the Ho-Chunk Convention Center . You can reserve a campsite online at http://www.reserveamerica.com/ or call for reservations at - 888-WI-PARKS (888-947-2757), the toll-free number for Wisconsin 's new one-stop campsite reservation call service.
Use the new paper-less reservation system for all reservable family (regular) campsites and outdoor group campsites in Wisconsin state parks and forests. With the Parks Automated Reservation Reporting Centralized System (PARRCS), you will be able to reserve a campsite over the phone at your convenience, 11 months in advance or as late as two days before you arrive, without the hassle of filling out and mailing in paper forms. Site-specific reservations and site confirmations can be made right over the phone. A non-refundable $9.50 reservation fee will be charged per site.
PARRCS phone lines operate Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. , and on weekends and holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CT). Callers will reach a live operator who will guide them through the reservation process. Visa and MasterCard accepted for PARRCS.
